Chief Justice of Bangladesh S K Sinha visited National Martyrs’ Monument in Savar, Dhaka on December 16, 2015 and he signed on the Visitors’ Register there. Here’s a photocopy of the page from the register where he signed. Take a look at his signature on the register. There is no doubt that Justice Sinha’s signature has been faked on the leave application which means he has not actually applied for leave at all. We have the right to ask the big questions: Who has faked the signature of Justice Sinha? Who has forged this application? Why has this forged application been pushed in?
