If I speak on the atrocities by Indian forces in Kashmir, they call me a “Pakistani agent”. Bangladesh’s freedom fighters too were termed “Indian agents”, we remember. I believe, it’s the duty of every free man to support those who have risked their lives and are fighting for their freedom anywhere on this earth. They, who are slaves, will never be able to fathom the value of this freedom struggle.

আমি যদি কাশ্মীরে ভারতীয় বাহিনীর বর্বরতা নিয়ে কথা বলি তাহলে আমাকে পাকিস্তানি এজেন্ট বলা হয়। একইভাবে বাংলাদেশের মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের ভারতীয় এজেন্ট বলা হয়েছিল। পৃথিবীতে নিজের জীবনকে বাজী রেখে যারা মুক্তির সংগ্রামে লিপ্ত থাকে তাদের লড়াইয়ে নৈতিক সমর্থন দেয়া একজন মুক্ত মানুষের কর্তব্য। দাসেরা এই লড়াইয়ের মহত্ত্ব অনুধাবন করতে পারবেনা।
