Respected Dr Kamal Hossain, please carry a list of all who became victims of enforced disappearance in the country in the past decade, when go for the dialogue with the PM and her party leaders today. You may collect this list from Ain o Salish Kendra or, Odhikar.
Among those who disappeared , many were found dead , with their bodies riddled with bullets. Some among the disappeared returned home, but they have chosen to remain silent on what happened to them. Most of those who disappeared still remain untraced. In almost all cases the related families reported that their near and dear ones had been picked up by police, RAB (Rapid Action Battalion), DB (Detective Branch) or, DGFI (Directorate General of Forces Intelligence- top military intelligence wing of Bangladesh).
Hand over that list of those disappeared people to the PM today and ask her to release all those voters ahead of the upcoming national elections.
Also, please do not forget to ask her which section of the Constitution allowed the State forces to abduct and disappear those innocent citizens.

শ্রদ্ধেয় ডঃ কামাল হোসেন, আজ আপনি সংলাপে যাওয়ার সময় গত দশ বছরে দেশে যারা গুম হয়েছেন তাদের তালিকাটা সাথে নিয়ে যাবেন। এটা আইন ও সালিশ কেন্দ্র অথবা অধিকার-এর কাছে পাবেন। এইসব হতভাগাদের মধ্যে কারো মৃতদেহ পাওয়া গেছে যাদের প্রায় সবার শরীর বুলেটে ঝাঁঝরা ছিলো। কয়েকজন বেঁচে ফিরলেও তারা নির্বাক থেকেছেন; তবে গুম হয়েছেন যারা তাদের বেশীর ভাগ এখনও নিখোঁজ রয়েছেন। এদের প্রায় সকল পরিবারেরই অভিযোগ, কোথাও পুলিস, কোথাও ডিবি, কোথাও র্যাব অথবা ডিজিএফআই-এর পরিচয়ে তুলে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়েছে তাদের প্রিয়জনদের।
প্রধানমন্ত্রীর হাতে তালিকা তুলে দিয়ে, নির্বাচনের আগে আমাদের এই সব ভোটারদের মুক্তি দিতে বলবেন।
প্রধানমন্ত্রীকে জিজ্ঞেস করবেন, বাংলাদেশের সংবিধানের কোন ধারা বলে আইন শৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনীগুলো এই সকল নিরীহ মানুষদের তুলে নিয়ে গেছে।
